
Dr. Raymond (Tipper) Rumpf is the EMProfessor. He's a world renowned researcher, educator and innovator in the field of computational electromagnetics. He is currectly a Professor of EE/CE as well as Computational Science at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He formed the EM Lab at UTEP in 2010 with a mission to develop revolutionary technologies enabled by digital manufacturing. He earned his PhD in Optics in 2006 from the University of Central Florida and has been awarded over a dozen United States patents and has authored dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles.
