Dr. Raymond (Tipper) Rumpf is the EMProfessor. World renowned researcher, educator and innovator in the field of computational electromagnetics. Currectly a Professor of EE/CE
and Computational Science at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Director of the EMLab at UTEP. PhD in Optics from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Holds over a dozen United States patents and has authored dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles.
